any one know whats up-with this.the light will come on and stay on some and go off.some times.for a long time and then it is back on.there is nothing wrong with the car.2001 mustang-v6 auto..any ideas.light.is a pain

I had the same problem with my '03 V6. Ultimately the alternator died on me. Get it looked at.
